Its typical Innova. They always opeping their servers in the middle of the day after maintenance. It was in 2008, and now its still same.
Its not about russians or ukranians, just Innova. Maybe you're lucky and you will get a red magic lamp. It gives you 100kk EXP and makes you higher than losers.
