The passive race skill of +20 speed of this class is totally useless; considering all the recent changes, wouldn't it be possible to think of something useful like a skill critical rate to compensate for the differences, for example with the dark elves who have 10% skill power? Sure, I know this. In fact was hoping some Admin answer about this and maybe he could report it to NCSoft. I know there is 0,00000001% chance but I think it's something to consider to avoid that some class/race become unuseful or to nerfed compared to same class/race. Just my thinking
