i have badges to get the items i need, just still missing some fame, if tw manager disappear, i will not receive any items.
we need to know the "compensation through the news informer npc", to choose the best option, keep badges or waste it on lower items.

in my case i want a top-grade magic ornament (r95-grade), but if i don't get fame enough till tauti, i will pick a high-grade if badges became untradable.

if we use the same method as ncwest (which is bound to happen) you will still be able to exchange it in news informer as you say -for few weeks. we need official confirmation though.

the success rate of the skill "just punishment" has been raised. the skill's effect does not apply on raid boss monsters.

dos the succes rate not apply or the skill it self, that remains a question, as always ncsoft dosn't give a clear answere on this question, so we see at update.
otherwise tanks will be death in 5 min on istina.

at me the game work fine. mostly everywhere appear the same bugs so easily can happen, that at the innova will auction house problem when the tauti arrive to its servers.

 

dont have problems with that :d emp echo was good when you are lvl 85. when you reach lvl 90+ 90% of heal (cause they cant play his class) cant recharge you so that using emp echo is not possible. its sad but in fact of bad heals on aria its not a problem
when you dont have mana you make 0 dmg as feoh.

 

if ur pt is proper u wouldnt have problem with mana plus 1 healer without wynn or 2nd healer in pt will have problem to recharge all even if u spam mana pots.plus skills have reuse in case u dunno that,also many dd's dunno how to use their skills in right queue to save mana.

 

i also have a heal. i know what is possible or what isnt. its not easy to read your text. i dont think that your dots are set correctly.
i can recharge one feoh with emp and arcane and with one summoner i can recharge two feoh with emp and arcana + the rest of pt member if they need. if this is a question of mana you can get duals (s-grade) to pimp your mana. also using skills like crystal regeneration help a lot.
