at this point pressing login button can be already called 'taken for a ride'. Yeah true, no +7 tallums, but theres one with Destroyer Hammer +7, just as purely random. They have 6months of life but they started on completely different update though.
Why is this guy crying so much? Bro, you have 0 knowledge of this game version. 1) We started with latest update while RU didn't. Meaning that probably they had no chance to make such things. 2) Again, you linked the weapon urself from the RU wiki, chance is 0.1-0.5 AS ANY OTHER A WEAPON. And it's quite common to see a drop from raid, around 1 out of 10, even more than 1, will drop a weapon. 3) Still don't get why you are so mad at this guy for OEing a tallum to +7 lol. Maybe he did some maths, realized that it was worth only to a certain + and went for it, safe is +4, so making a +2/3 is not that hard. And judging by how bad you are, maybe the tallum is not even +6 or 7, but +5. Nobody need to prove you anything, git gud.
