Blessed scrolls are not blesseds like the old time. If you fail the item, it breaks. It just gives you a chance to trigger a +2 instead of +1. Cursed scrolls lower the enchant by 1. They are used in combo to make item +3, use blessed, try +5. Got +4 instead of +5? Cursed, +3, blessed again. +5? GGWP. +4? Repeat.
Improved are just to go from + 3 to + 5 safe scrolls like the ones on skelth are of two kinds - se [a or wa] to go safely from +3 [+4 essence] to +7 - hq [a or wa] to go safely from +8 to +16 sea can be both for b grade and a grade armor sewa can be both for b grande and a grade weapon nuff said when on august 2019 there was the letter event began to pop doom hv and bw hv sets + 10 like 2 new sets x day and the event lasted 30 days and ofc a b +10 it's far way better than an a +6 ofc a sea or a sewa it's cheaper with b stuff and insanely expensive with a grade eg on skelth a single sewaa was worth 115-150kk [each] while a sewab was worth 10-15
