virtual memory critical error

i get this error when im in crowded areas.
could any1 help?

i have: quad-core i7 @3,4ghz
8gb ddr3
ati radeon 6970m @ 2gb
win7

gpu animation is enabled. could that be the problem?

 

also i have very low fps with this setup.

 

many ppl hav this problem ( also im ) so far i dont see any 100% solution ... its pathetic but true , i just buy new pc and i cant play game from 2003 a.d , propably i should stay at old pc lol

low fps at crowded areas its normal in this sh1ty engine l2 , i hav 14 fps on full details with ssd flash

 

try to enter "bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072" in system console.(you have to be administrator. press win button, and enter "cmd" in bottom left search panel. right click on "cmd" ->«run as administrator». in opened window enter this.) this command increases memory heap for user`s applications. then restart your pc.

 

it will not work because of l2.exe not compatible with "large address awareness" mode
