i cant find any info on weapon enchant rates or is it completely random

i was not asking how to make a +5 dude im asking what are the enchant rates of a grade items

please try to read the whole thread. you will find all the answers about enchanting. Anyway, safe +4 and Max +15

 

cant you read or soemthing? what is the %%%%% chance of a successful enchant from lets say +8 to +9 jesus like the question is that hard

 

Well, I can read but, did you learned to write your thoughts yet? enough negative emotions spamming...the right question is: what is the success rate of enchanting a weapon?
Answer: should be 66% but it's broken and it's like 33% or less starting from +4.
