IMPORTANT How to report server lag issues rightly

Hello, dear players!​

If you face server lag issues, please follow the instructions below. You'll need to do some easy manipulations before contacting support in order to provide data for analysis that will allow us to come up with precise solutions.

First of all, two special utilities will be required — MTR and Wireshark.

MTR

1) Sign in on the 4game website (https://eu.4game.com/) to download the first utility.

2) Click on “Support”, download the utility and run it.

3) Choose the game and your server. Then press the yellow “MTR” button to run the test.

4) Run the game's client and conduct tests for 15-20 minutes. It is imperative that the moment of occurrence of problems falls into this time frame.

5) Stop the test with the "Stop" button. Then press the "Save" button to save the test result in txt file.

6) Attach this file to your ticket for the support team. And wait, that's not all! Along with the MTR test please conduct the Wireshark packets capturing procedure.

(!) If the file is too large to be attached to your message (>2 MB), you can upload it to any official file-sharing system and provide the direct link to it on the ticket.


Wireshark and MTR should be run at once as far as possible.

We have previously requested you to report about lags with the help of discord. You still can inform us via the #issuelogs channel, but you should understand that from now on, information from discord isn’t enough and it doesn’t allow us to deeply investigate new causes of the issues.

Please remember that all off-topics or comments which are no following the example will be removed from the #issuelogs channel.
