suport not working =(

hi im trying to open suport web but is not opening, say servitor not founded =(

are you trying to open https://support.4game.com/ ?

if yes, can you try to ping it ?

start -> cmd

if it does not resolve, try :

close the browser and try again.
if it still does not work, try changing your dns servers ( a safe bet is using 8.8.8.8, which is google's public dns ).

did you try using a different browser? its working fine for me right now patri :s

 

i have google chrome, firefox and internet explorer and is not working, i tryed with another pc in my house and also not work =(

 

tech guys are looking into it, give them some time and they will come and assist you.

there is problem with your isp. your traceroute doesn't even reach datacenter where webserver is placed.

 

then what should i do to be attended by suport?
ingame petitions are not working also btw.
