how is the game now guys ? i haven't played since january.

dead game/server,hands down.

at start maybe was fun,even if just to see around old friend and foes that quitted time ago,new challenges...sadly the new chronicle revealed for the **** it is and most ppl couldnt stand the brainless exp race to be the first to awaken....now as im concerned there is 2 big zerg sides but nothing else,and quality dropped terrible within first 2/3 months,also.
being honest,in a new server the start up on god was doomed to fail.

 

again the dead server fashion thing... why no one understands it's ugly?

 

the people that couldn't stand the race/pressure, were the people that either played on private servers mucho or were afk exping while drinking beers on lolteon. some part of them is still here, but for the better part the game and repetitive grind hasn't changed much. yes it is a dumbed down version with all those instances, but except for the faster leveling compared to older chronicles, there is a little difference between back then and now. there was always a single top spot to exp ( cruma, al, toi, hellbound ) throughout the different chronicles i don't see how it is different now. the only new thing is now you can grind to 97 for ~6-8 months with casual play, while back in the day you needed c4 -> hellbound timeframe to reach 80 on ncwest with ~3-4 hours/day ( again, no driving ).

so yes, people from private servers stopped playing, because this isn't a private server with x10 rates. l2 was always brainless exp race.

 

yes the top spot is a little forgotten but not for some people who continue to make aoe fairy top spot but you discover that most of the time, it's not new player but people with dual and ex pvper who use this zone. for some (like me) we continue to make the "avalanche style" spot taken, it's fun
