Hello players. Recently I returned playing on red with my 81 lvl Trickster and I was missing obvious 3 items. My first notice was the infinite quiver of arrows, second my helmet and a cloak. When I notified the support team, they said it was all snapped out of existence and nothing could be done after the 1 month test period. In other words, I have to log every single month just before the date they erase the database of chars. And they call this competitive MMORPG, I feel absolutely cheated and discouraged after this !
