My char is lvl 103 and absolutely naked (why lvl 103 and naked? I didnt played that game for kinda 1 year and i always used the rentable gear) thank you
You can claim exalted armor from a NPC but you might need to do this quest: https://l2wiki.com/Exalted,_One_Who_Faces_the_Limit If you are completely naked, remake a new character then, complete quest and get items. 0-99 won't take long, 1-2 days. 100 to 103 is few days.
