How can transfer FIRE for Cooking ingredient on my second character on account

HI all please im new on the server and i obaited one fire for "old sister" on my first character "hawkeye" and after create a new character on the same account and need to fire on cooking to my second character but her (old sister) dont want give me the fire on my second character deathknith. Cant any transfer on WH to my second character please help me how can obaited fire on my second char... sorry for bad english. Thanks
