How to get that armor appearance??

I just seen a destroyer the last evening with a wolf armor appearance,and i know it is wolf cause have the headgear of a wolf.

Any idea of how to get it for my Sylph???

 

this is by means of scrolls from one of in-game starters pack

 

The only starter pack,is 4000 NCoins one? I already bought it,it gives me B grade weapon and C grade armor,but not any scroll of that armor appearance

You refering this starter pack or anyone else in game that i have not been noticed???

 

it's in supply box (2 per account) for 10000 adena in event store
