I got one 2 days ago, but was a bit extrange, with high grade rune stone, i usually got betwenn 6-9 scrolls /h, depend the day, but when i got the dawn i got it and only one more scroll xd so idk how this dawn rate work, also another menber of my cp got 1 of it 3 or 4 days ago, so yes tha drop rate is a bit high that before but ofc with drop rune, we will see when the rune go off...
