It is time for the EU servers and all involved events to start giving out the "chances of success". It is no more than right to publish the rates even if its super-HIGH. Sometimes i feel miss guided because some events sounds super nice, but in reality they are super-expensive. As i Player i would like the chance to "plan" my playing accordingly. If this post get some attention maybe it will enlighten the Staff to actually implement information about rates and so on. Thank you all.

Well that is good i guess, but i dont know where to find that information... So this last event where they have "special Giran Seals" and the opportunity to craft 4-star books with a CHANCE of 0.1 % ???... is this for real? That is not even... i mean...
