Connection problem

hello ! i have a big problem with my lineage. i see play button but when i press it - nothing works. i did everything you wrote in forum step by step - nothing happends. could anyone help me? i know some ppl wrote posts similar to mine ,but i don't know what to do. sorry for my english

after you click "play button" any window appears ? what operating system are you using ? did you played before on our servers ?

 

when i press ' play ' i see turning spiral ,and then i have to accept rules and press ' play ' again..and then...nothing i use xp ( sp3 ) . no,i didn't play here before. in my lineageiieu folder i have 2303 files-maybe i don't have any file? but it's different,because i used ' fix ' many times,i delated 'system' folder and used fix then..nothing happends. still the same number of files.
