you need record and send ticket. Unfortunately this is commonplace, for that reason me and some of my friends prefer to stay in iRO sometimes. At least there the staff listens to me when I have a suggestion or a complaint, here it seems that you speak to the wind when it comes to a problem.
The same problem exists in iRO too many BOTS in game that player GM's got to deal with them everyday.
