The NPC for taekwon kid job is missing!

    I looked up several guides. To become a Taekwon kid you must speak to NPC Phoenix but he is missing.

    It's normal.
    We are getting Taekwon Kid later this month.
    It has been announced "late August" on this thread :

    Last maintenance was 4 days ago.
    So we will be getting TK (and the npc related) in the next two weeks.

    In the Launcher they anounched it for the 18th august so it would be commin this week.
