Either the item descripion is not very clear or Angel Wing / Hair band is buged. Both say if used with all stats +1. So it should give +2 to all stats butt only gives +1. If it only should give +1 as it does then the text is wrong in my opinion cause items then usually say "Set Bonus with *****: all stats +1"
This is called a set bonus. It happens with a lot of items in Ragnarok that you can bundle for extra stats. The set bonuses are in the description of EVERY item you can bundle, but the stats don't "stack", that is not how it works.
