Is the Pirate Captain Hat at least a costume? as shown in the description here? otherwise im wasting my time in this event since 3 days now..... And are the effects (exp+ etc.) staying after the event is over? not like the stuff from last events. Update: The eyepatch is only for event duration.... so i think pirate captain hat is too...
So my fear was reasonable. i propose you (the staff) get your item descriptions right or at least response to the peoples questions here..... at the moment im not a very happy paying costumer, cause i wasted a lot of time, which was easy to be avoided, by a simple 1 minute time to respond on your side.
Check the comment I made on another user's comment above yours. I already confirmed that the description was incorrect and that it would be updated in the game after the next maintenance. Also I remind you that all events are entirely free to be played.
Yes you confirmed the "Eye patch" isnt a costume. I asked about the "pirate captain hat" and if the effects are limited time only:
The events are free to be played, but if the descriptions or the way they work is bugged or too badly explained, it's basically a waste of time AND this kind of thing is what keep the server slightly afloat. So saying "it's entirely free to be played" is a hell of a bad answer to critics about something badly explained, since yes the event is free to be played, but with all the OP cash shop items (and worse, lootboxes) and the premium time people may be wasting, well, the game isn't really "free to be played" in those cases, which represent many here.
