    Okay...

Premium = 150% Exp (Base and Job)
Special Headgears during an Event = +15% Exp
Exp Card in Footgear = +10% Exp
(Dunno, if Exp-rings are ingame here, but probably not. Else +5% Exp? Per Ring?)
Occasionally (dunno why or when, since there was no announcement) Server Exp is raised by 15%
Are double or tripple Exp-Events held on Prime like on euRO/fRO? When?
    Something else?

Adds up to 175% so far.

    Daily attendance:
Special Battle Manual - Base Exp +50% for 30 minutes
Special Job Manual - Job Exp +50% for 30 minutes
Universal Battle Manual - Base Exp +75% for 30 minutes
Universal Job Manual - Job Exp +75% for 30 minutes
HE Battle Manual - Base Exp +100% for 15 minutes. Replaces effect of a battle manual.
Bubblegum Battle Manual - Base and Job Exp +50%, item droprate +100% for 30 minutes
    Are there more?

Since nothing stands in the description for these: Do Special and Universal Manuals stack? (would be 125% Exp then)

    Cash shop:
Battle Manual - Base/Job Exp +50% for 30 minutes. Stacks with Job Manual.
Job Manual - Job Exp +50% for 30 minutes

So, 175% plus whatever manual(s) stack. Any further hints?

Found them at the Cash Shop...rentable for a week:
Various Rings = +15% when killing Angel (satanic), Dragon (dragon), Insect (insectizide), Formless (beholder), Plant (chemical), Animal (clamorous), Undead (hallow), Demon (decussate), Fish (fisher) or Demihuman (bloody)

Beside there are some weapons, raising exp, although I only saw this one at the market so far:

Dragon killer (dagger) = +10% exp from Dragons

Adds up to 200% so far. If the same ring is wearable two times, it would be 215% (no clue, but I doubt it).
    This multiplied with a bm = 300% (50% special bm), 350% (75% universal bm) or 400% (100% he bm)

And that seems to be the max as single char. Right?
