Hello, I have two questions: 1. The Fallen Angel Wings have the effect: AGI: [For every 20 base stats] ASPD +1%. I have 90+11 AGI, which means I should get 4% ASPD. Therefore, instead of 177 ASPD => I should get 184 ASPD. But I get only 1 ASPD point. What is the reason for this? 2. Is possible to use enchantments NPC after this shop event? Greetings,
