IMPORTANT Program of Cooperation (Moderators, Bughunters, L Helpers)

Moderators / Bughunters / L Helpers are ordinary players of game projects on 4game Service who enjoy helping others and support their favorite game. They are not employed by Innova and do not have any special accesses or privileges other than, for example, access to moderation tools. To attend in this program may only users from the territories specified in User and License agreements for a particular game on 4game Service.
You are not obliged to participate in this program and your cooperation is entirely voluntary. The reporting and muting is optional. Even if you become a participant of this program and lose the enthusiasm to get in it, you may opt out of your own free choice at any time.
Participation in the program does not imply any monetary payment or other material compensation. All possible rewards for program attendance and requirements fulfillments are named below.


Moderators

The moderators' goal is to adjust users' communication at social networks accounts associated with the projects on 4game Service and to monitor compliance with the community rules.

Entry
Entry to the moderator role is opened at Innova discretion. The number of moderators is limited. The entry takes place through a special form that you need to fill out in order to submit an application for participating in this program. Based on the requirements set out below Innova will choose moderators among applications that have been received. You can find out about the start of the entry and current status of the program through forum announcements or on the official Discord channel.
At the moment, the entry status is: closed.

Moderators receive the following gratification for their active assistance:

Rewards
♦ color status on forum and in Discord, depending on the supervised social network. The status is assigned in the first week of joining the program and is removed in case of dropping out of it;
♦ up to 16,000 coins monthly depending on the versions of the game: Lineage 2 - Einhasad's Golden Coins, Lineage 2 Essence - L-Coins. One moderator can only submit one game version. Items are credited on moderators’ game account within 10 working days after the end of the calendar month if your activity as moderator is compliant with all Requirements listed below.

Requirements
♦ compliance with the polite communication culture;
♦ commitment to follow the rules of the moderated social network;
♦ desire to create a non-toxic atmosphere around you;
♦ monthly activity on the moderated social network. The moderator’s activity is assessed by the entries in the moderation history tools of each social network. An active month is considered a month in which the logs of moderators' actions are available at least at 15 calendar days and these actions correspond to the game's rules and agreements, the rules of the forum and social networks;
♦ compliance with the game's rules and agreements, 4game Service documents, Discord rules and conditions of usage for the channel, and the forum https://eu.4gameforum.com/. For violation of these and other documents, the program participant may be expelled.


L Helpers

The L Helpers' goal is to provide advice to beginners and anyone who asks game questions.

Entry
Entry to L Helper role is opened at the discretion of Innova when the need arises. The number of L Helpers is limited. The entry takes place through a special form that you need to fill out in order to submit an application for participating in this program. Based on the requirements set out below Innova will choose L Helpers among applications that have been received. You can find out about the start of the entry through forum announcements or on the official Discord channel.
At the moment, the entry status is: opened.

L Helpers receive the following gratifications for their active assistance:

Rewards
♦ color status on forum and in Discord, depending on the supervised social network. The status is assigned in the first week of joining the program and is removed in case of dropping out of it;
♦ up to 16,000 coins monthly depending on the game version. Lineage 2 - Einhasad's Golden Coins, Lineage 2 Essence - L-Coins. One L Helper can only submit one game version. Items are credited within 10 working days after the end of the calendar month if the activity of the assistance performed is sufficient and compliance with all Requirements.

Requirements
♦ to be an experienced Lineage 2 player with excellent knowledge of Lineage 2 world, and the ability to explain certain game mechanics to newcomers;
♦ desire to help newcomers get used to the game;
♦ constant activity in general discussions on the official Discord channel and/or on the forum https://eu.4gameforum.com/. Activity is assessed based on the number of comments - at least 30 responses per month on any of the indicated platforms. Only messages aimed at explaining certain game mechanics/events/promotions are taken into account. Compliance with the fulfillment of these conditions occurs at the discretion of the project administration.
♦ respectful attitude towards other participants of the discussion;
♦ compliance with the game's rules and agreements, 4game Service documents, Discord rules and conditions of usage for the channel, and the forum https://eu.4gameforum.com/. For violation of these and related documents, the program participant may be expelled.


Addition points
♦ In case of violation of this program Requirements, Moderator or L Helper may be excluded.


Bughunters

If you encounter an error in the game, please report it to the Support on 4game Service. For information that could be estimated as valuable insights related to serious vulnerabilities, we are ready to provide rewards exclusively in the form of in-game items in such game. Namely:
♦ 4game store items worth up to 500 EURO for information about an error that contributes to the excessive or unlimited receipt of game items, thereby affecting the server economy;
♦ 4game store items worth up to 500 EURO for information about an error that endangers the stability of the game world or game events;
♦ 4game store items worth up to 200 EURO for information about an error that allows getting a serious advantage over other players;
♦ 4game store items worth up to 100 EURO for information about third-party software that interferes with the game process and significantly affects it;
♦ 4game store items worth up to 100 EURO for any information that does not fall into the examples listed above, but is regarded as significant and important.

The information value estimated at the discretion of Innova. Its comprehensiveness and the format of its submission to the Support on 4game Service are also taken into account. If the information is considered significant, then the specialist will contact you, may ask you for additional info about your report and in completion indicate the way of the reward receiving.

These awards do not apply to mass reporting of bugs/vulnerabilities, as well as to bugs already known to Innova.
