Hi after todays meintenance i got Download error 20, sysError 0 on Frost updater, when trying to play the game. Tried to add exception to Firewall, tried to delete Frost folder - nothing worked. Any clues?
I actualy couldnt log in as well after update, looks like the new frostupdater has a conflict with some antivirus, here the 4game-support-guide, it worked for me: Greetings! Thank you for reaching out. We recommend performing the following steps in order to access the game: Temporarily turn off active protection of your antivirus Repair game via 4game launcher Run the game and enter the game world with one of your characters Add Frost folder (it is inside the installed game directory) to exceptions in your antivirus Turn antivirus protection back on
