Partners referral system

Dear partners,
We have made a decision to launch a test referral program "From Streamer to Streamer".

Program Description:
Each new partner when filling out the registration google-form can indicate that he came at the invitation of another partner named "X", in a separate text box. As a consequence, during the first two months, the partner X" specified in the form will receive 1000 in-game coins for each referral brought in by the new partner "B".
For example, Partner "X" invited Partner "Y" to the program. Partner "Y" collected 10 referrals in the first month. As a consequence, in addition to the Y number of coins that partner "Y" will receive, partner "X" will also receive 10,000 coins.
