Quantitative entry limit (Conquest and TOI)

Friends, from Friday until further notice, there will be a quantitative entry limit in the dimensional locations of Conquest and Tower of Insolence.
No more than 500 characters at a time can be in these locations.
Restrictions are due to the fact that the cluster works unstable. Together with the developers we are carefully investigating the problem and introduced limit is extremely important for experimental purposes.

Additionally, we are announcing that the Elcardia-Airin-Hatos-Core dimensional server cluster will restart at 19:30 UTC+3.
