Where to upgrage twilight belt?

hi, i want to upgrade a twilight belt with a magic ornament.
however the npc only shows me immortal belts in the list. and even those are only with mp and hp regeneration
i do have the ornament and the belt in my inventory. i tried with it equipped and not. doesn't make any difference.
i also tried at both npcs (aden and rune).
i tried with a new character with empty inventory and see the immortal belt with that too.

i'm getting a feeling that there is a bug but maybe i'm missing something.

 

you need magic ornament (not rune clip) r grade for twilight belt.
then go to rune (or aden) to make the belt, you need to have both unequiped.

 

i have magic ornament (the star shaped) and with (r grade) written in tail. also twilight belt in inventory not equipped.
all i see in list when clicking "buy a belt with quest rewards" are immortal belts with hp or mp reg.

belts with magic pins increases maximum weight a character can carry
belts with magic pouches adds slots to your inventory
belts with magic rune clips increase the speed of your hp/mp restoration.
belts with magic ornaments increases/reduces damage/p.atk in pvp

are you doing it in the weaver npc of aden?

 

yes, olf kanore in aden and olf adams in rune. same problem.

 

i managed to upgrade the belt.
i think i know what the problem was.
i should have used the "buy" option and have the belt unequipped.
i think i tried only the "buy a belt with quest rewards" option with the belt equipped and not and this confused me.

oh you are right! that dialogue option (''quest rewards'') makes reference to the quest bloody good time, implemented in harmony update and which gives a magic rune clip as reward .

 

i have a low-grade magic rune clip (bloody good time reward) and i can't upgrade a twilight belt with it. if i use "buy a belt" option from npc, i need a low-level magic rune clip (and not a low-grade one); if i use "buy a belt with quest reward", no belt ...

remove the belt from your character so it can rest on your inventory, then select the option to buy a belt with quest reward from the npc.
