Mentoring system

still having false believes that they will implement the mentoring system? gee. stop being naive. anyway i doubt it's any use for these servers at all, as majority of players go to ncwest instead of innova.
why?:
-more players a.k.a bigger playerbase
-active, almost every month newly developed events
-can bot-free to 85 (even tho it's a minus, still happens even here)
-more fun
-everything working
-advertising [innova lacks of advertise. many players even don't know about eu global]
-lack of activity of community managers (no deepblue is not a part of a staff and she shouldn't be doing your job answering player questions.)

i even wrote fahrenheit about this, that they should stop putting a mod's duty to reply instead of the staff itself. this company just fails at this kind of point. ru innova staff members are actually working a lot on forums themselves, not leaving a random player to do the job for them.
when i say this, i mean, watch how many topics there are, and not a single reply form the staff.

so stop crying and go ncwest with full programs gaming in both pvp and pve. i think you will enjoy all programs in pvp cause here you have only ****** party with programs while in ncwest you have like 80% ppl using programs. go and stop writing here.

 

where did you find that i play on ncwest? i think you should learn how to read. i just noted why so many players are actually playing ncwest instead of here.

besides not 80% are using those game programs, and you just create the fact you believe in. like some people saying 99% are bots. sure there are a lot of them, but surely not 99%. same with your post.

now to set things straight: mods are a part of lineage ii team, which means they are in touch with the administration. if they are answering your questions that means they have talked to the admins about the issue and deliver the reply to you, they're not making things up on their own because there is no reaction from the administration.
mods are a stepping stone from the staff to forum and, thus, they are part of the team, they aren't random people. it is understandable that you would like to see more posts with the staff's nicknames and it is a feedback we embrace and we will work on improving this situation, but you also have to remember that if there is no opportunity for the staff to answer directly, it is done by the moderators, whom we are working together with.

@alarion: i have feoh 85 on core.
but i dont play here any more.
i have found better game experience on other server. better community and lots of ppl here.
ofc there are also bots. i just killed 1 this morning farming event items. but nothing is perfect.
i just cant understand how u ppl can accept being lied like this.
been playing core since day 1.

but wtf is that? we paying money and you need 7-8 months to put one simple thing like mentor system actually dont think we didnt know you will say someting like sorry core players we cant add it we have issues"" all know it we didnt except someting more from innova team

sorry but person who works as a staff member is underlined with innova's company status. deepblue is not working for innova, nor gets payment for that, so no, i don't consider her being a staff member. even tho she is in touch with administrator, you think it's her responsibility to give clear clarifications to players? it just looks like, she will be a sheepgoat to protect your own ***** form being hated a lot. nothing on this god damn forum has anything clear. only a broken telephone line. i ask a question > deepblue ask you same question > you send reply to deepblue> she posts that in her own words. (maybe with miss-leading information). so maybe cut the carbage of those lines where mod answers the stuff which is actually have to be answered by innova's team itself.
i am gm on 1 priv server of aion, we have huge moderator team there, and players tend not to believe with any bump up mod saying stuff in there. they need clarification of development team, admins or gm's themselves.
is it that hard to contribute 1-2 hour a day answering topics on forum, and i'm not even speaking about the game. that's why you are there, to keep community with players, not to sit and drink coffee (and take payment) when other people are doing job which you have to do.

*by saying you i include whole innova team.

 

excuse me but you should keep your false accusations to yourself, any important information or announcement that is passed on to the community by myself on behalf of innova is always approved by them first. the moderators are here to assist the community and innova staff, that is their role within the team and the fact that the moderators do this voluntarily means you should treat them with a little more respect.

this subject is not something that should be discussed publicly on the forum and certainly is not on topic here, therefore i suggest if you wish to discuss this further then you should speak with cheers via private message. any further off topic posts will be deleted.
