What is "Critical" written on some skills?

    Hello,
    Some skills have written Critical on them, others do not.
    I tought this mean those skills can make a critical and those that do not, cannot. But this is not true. Even skills that do not have written on them Critical, can in fact critical.
    Case in fact , tyrr skill: Triple Sonic Slash does not have written on it Critical, but still in game can make critical hits on skill

    So what does the Critical do on a skill that is written Critical, opposed to ones that do not have this written?
