not even one id love for it to be pre set to level 3 (to get awsome elm stone drops )its a hudge place many good exp zones/instance needs team work big time to level it up from nothing
i think is lvl 2 or 3 to because keltas was spawn but we can see with gm if is not possible to spawn special mobs to give more points for exemple keltas give 100pts to lvl 3 of hellbound. gm can spawn 30-50 keltas in hellbound to help for up faster hellbound, after in the stage 4 keltas stop give points but can spawn other mobs who give many points to for help .
