[05.03] Update of the week: Shadow Packs, Drop Chance +30%, Fishing in Payon, Packs for Rune Knight

Events and Shop:
— The Shadow Packs arrived in launcher.
— The Special Packs for Royal Guard arrived in launcher.
— The Special Packs for Rune Knight arrived in launcher.
— The "Increased Drop Chance +30%" event has begun.
— The "Midgardian style Fishing in Payon" event has begun.

Finished activities:
— The Battle manual packs left the launcher.
— The Shadow Packs left the launcher.

Changes:
— Fixed the functionality of the item Revived All-Sun Book [2].
— Fixed the functionality of the skill "Meow Meow" at level 5.
— Fixed the sprite display issue for the following cards: Weakened Fenrir Card, Les Card, Mavka Card, Colorful Teddy Bear Card.
— Fixed the functionality of the item Old Morroc Shawl. It now restores 100% HP and SP upon resurrection in battle (at +8 refinement level).
— Fixed the localization of quests [17.1].
— Fixed a bug where the monster White Lady in Endless Tower did not have the "MVP" status.
