frost problem

first things first .i uninstalled my antivirus .disabled windows firewall .applied all solutions from this thread . " https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=8849 " but still same problem . plz help .also ran check4game .when check with files.cinn .it says 10 files not found .

but when i run download client .it says all files available on disk?

this files are download only with run client (its download newest frost files from frost folder).
