i saw the title in another thread and i thought it suits well in this one too. where are the core characters that i had in my account? why isnt there an announcement with a title saying: we erased everything? or something like: if u see ur characters erased dont panic its something we test ????

ps: i've logged with at least one char in the last 3 months
ps2: if deepblue sees this, im still w8ing for a reply to the name change question i asked and he said he passed it to the "team". i wont be able to be online 24/7 as vacations are approaching and i need to know what to do.
