hi, is there any chance to remove the bot hordes from aria? its getting quite annoying when they come in party size and kill your quests mobs in garden of beasts. since reporting is only possible every 30 minutes, i try to get some help here.
https://support.4game.com/ there is a section for reporting bots. best is to make a screen shot cause there you get the timeframe, name and area where you found the bot. they ban the bots very well but every acc get only a tempban 1day, then 1 week, then 1 month before they get remove completly.
i didn't know that... well, i guess it explains why a bot i reported became "most time in combat of the month" statue...
there was a forum post where you got a guide how to report bots. i know that the support thing is terrible cause ingame its more easy.
