well this bug exists for almost 3 months now :d

 

and there are bugs in the game that have been around for years...your point is?

when the developers in korea fix it they will fix it all we (players and staff) can do is wait for them. spamming here will not make them fix it faster

my point is
we have mentor, constant events = peoples happy = they write nice things about server in forums and they invite their friends to play on server = those friends invites their friends = most important more players = more money

well its very off topic and none of those things or your "point" are relevent or valid when we were talking about game bugs, thats just another attempt to troll another section about mentor system and event. more posts like that will be removed.

 

dunno if it was same on korean servers, but i can hardly believe they had same bug till glory days or maybe still have it. i bet it's not smth imba hard to fix.

 

farming elem 150+ annoying problem.

for the last weeks, i dont know how many. everytime i try to go to soa to farm elem 150+ i got some weird grafic bug or something.

i see alot of energy seeds but when i go and try to collect them it says " you can not collect because someone else is already collecting".

this is extremely annoying wake up early to go to farm and see all these seeds and none of them seems to be able to collect.

tell me does anyone else has this problem?

this bugg exists 3 months now someone wrote that it got fixed only with glory days update on korean servers.

it is known issue.

when ncsoft korea fix it they will send the patches until then we can do nothing but wait for the developers to do this.

i think he meant that if the fix-time for bugs is lower, the happier people tend to be. with a fix time of -unknown- length people get frustrated and stop playing, and decide to stop spending money.

to keep your customers happy you could find out and interact with ncsoft korea to get the list of fixes in happy days (or was it called glory days?) to see if this bug is fixed in that patch (and of course all the other filed bugs).

i still believe the gms are doing everything in their power to address bugs, so we have to stay patient. as deepblue already meantioned, they can inform ncsoft korea of bugs, but not much more than that.

any update ? srsly why we need support then ? to rely our problems at koreans ? you can't be serious!

 

support is not all about game bugs, its about technical support, ingame support, forum support, general gameplay support etc etc - fixing bugs can only be done by the korean developers - they own the game not us, we only own the rights to host it for them in the eu.

when korea fix the bug it will be fixed, unfortunately we have no time frames for how fast they work.
