Can't login to support

don't know what i'm doing wrong, but it doesn't recognise either my game e-mail or forum nick, and when i try to register using the e-mail it says already in use, but won't accept password or account name. register takes me to create new 4game account, not just a support account. surely i don't need an entirely new 4game account just to login to support?

to login support please login on the game web-site and after that you will see on the bottom part of the screen "support service". please click on the button. if you have any further problems please attach the screenshot of the error occurs.

i've tried different browsers, but i get the same message every time. it doesn't recognise my e-mail address as a valid user account. i get the following message.

the username and password combination you entered did not match any user we have on record.

thats after i click the support service link after i've already logged in.

if i enter my e-mail address in the password reset box, i get this message:

we could not find an account with that username or email address.
