    guys,

    if your still getting issues then please make arrangements for a remote session with radix so that your individual issues can be looked into, that way he can see clearly what problems you are having.

    someone wrote hes had such session already and during 3 hours nothing has been fixed :p so i will stay with my solution - reinstalling windows which takes only 30 minutes and always works... i hope they fix it definitely some day........... but hope is a mother of fools.

    they cant fix "it" if they dont know what your particular "it" is ;) and remember not everybody has the exact same issue, therefore remote sessions can be as short as a few minutes or a few hours...it depends on the individual problems.

    ok, sorry. how i can have remote sesion for try to fix this problem? im lost. any guide? i only know that i need a program called teamviewer but dont know how i can contact him/her

    teamviewer would be needed yes :) you could send him a private message here on the forum and request a remote session, let him know days and times you are available and he will find a time that fits both of you.

    sorry, now i'm (personally) on w8-compatibility issue. can't receive tv-sessions from you (only 1 is possible for me and it's in use)
    i need tech. summary for this thread after the latest fix (from tech. specialists and qa-testers) for resolving or monitoring (there is no info about this bug now :( )


    p.s. i need from them info:
    1. keyboard layout (screenshot from layout settings)
    2. not working keys (where are they on keyboard + 'required' symbol in chat)

    it's needed because 'not-resolved' issue is not related with altgr-mode now as i think. and some new monitoring & tests are required.
