Problem with empowering echo

    hi, when i have "empowering echo" on self and i take "wizard harmony" from iss then echo delete. i can only use it when i don't have wizard harmony, but before tauti this skill was working normally. before tauti i had the same problem on few days, but some update fix it. now on tauti this situation happend again and i think it's bug.

    is not a bug, its working as it should be, empowering echo no longer stacks with the iss buff.
