about belts

hi,couple of qesiotns:

1)is it possible to make octavis/istina's belts pvp?

2)when you use a magic ornament on a belt,
can you choose to make it pvp def/atk etc or it's random?

for second yes you can choose. first don't know.

 

is there any difference between r and r95 top grade belts besides the p def?
both top grade

 

i've seen somewhere that r95 has a slightly higher % increase. can't find it now though. :/

seems the % is same from s to r95-99. just the pdef. more.
