Random Lag/Disconnects

hi. why here is so much lags?? its unplayable becose lags and dc over and over again ;/ you guys have it too?

 

yep i have lags today too and i've had 3 dc's one by one

 

its lagged server co u can play or find other unlagged server

 

0 lags for me. i play normal everytime. :d

depend of ur interent provider ... i play with my brother and sometimes i go from my flat to my family house from where my brother play ... and - to be short u cant play with neostrada(provider in poland - made by orange)
but in my flat i got different provider and i dont see any lags at all ... - same pc setup but on neostrada lags ... u can use battleping it helps a lot if u feel laggy.

 

check worms in ur pc , check packet loss + ur softs on ur pc , and if u want to play sieges , try battleping or another soft , + reduce delay in regedit setup = 0 lags ,

but well provider is provider what can i say ....

please provide the technical team with more information, just saying "i have lag" will not help them when looking into this issue.

dont tell us that you cant help make something similar to battleping another way to connect so if we want to play 90+ lv than need to pay for pa 12 € and 6$ for bp? its crazy o.o i played in lots of mmo and this server is the onlyone where i have lags!! our society is one of the bigest on serwer!! so help us to help you (€)

 

well, i hope that these 2 problems will be fixed with maintenance tomorow.

in 3 days i got 50 disconnects in random moments of the day/night. so i called my isp and he checked my connection and it was ok. then he checked your site and he saw there are lags cause by your server

so maybe try and fix this problem, cause its horrible to play with non stop spikes and random hourly disconnects

 

no disconnects here. maybe 1 or 2. but i've seen a lot of people disconnecting while in parties.

game servers and site are the different things. but...
i can try to analyze your wireshark (network) logs if you can obtain it for me (log from "play" button to random dc).

 

he has the same problem like all the others from poland/spain, your isp(server one) is so sh1ty that has absolutely nothing working with the other companys of europe, so they have hell of routes to go your server, i've been playing on servers located on ru that have less ping than yours, but omg its our fault!!


ps: sadsoul buy battleping, this "admins" wont solve anything

 

well we arent are computer wiz's as yourself so i dont see the funny part but nevermind. guess u are here to laught instead of solving problems i have no clue how to ge tthose but nvm...

instead of laughting and doing nothing, maybe u should check your own "stuff" and find the problem. as u can see, these is the 3rd or 4th post about disconnects so maybe u are the problem and not us.

2 bad ncsoft let u to be the "official" server of eu, its a total fail and 100% no interest!

p.s. sadsoul, sorry if i offended you, my smile is only for "isp site's check" (it is unprofessional test, believe me - without any logs that i can see or smth else). i want to help you very much, but without network logs (with random dc) i'm afraid i can't

what do you know about "innova's isp" exactly (with facts & measurements and so on)? it's one of the best connections on lux-ix (please check http://www.lu-cix.lu/members-list.html for the details). can your isp contact innova's noc to resolve connection issue? i can advise you some noc contacts if needed.

 

and how is it that i can obtain those logs for u? )

first download and install wireshark software. it's a tool that gives you information and destination of patckets send/received and stuff like that, but you need to have some knowledge to use it.
there are some videos on youtube that show you how it works.

what you wanna do i suppose is start the program, then log into l2, until you get a disconnect. then send the log to radix so he can analyze it

 

same here ... there are random dc each day ... not only me suffering from that.
