Skill mastery and refresh.

    hi everybody!

    sometime when i use hide it is 2 min,but not all time ..how to increase this chance?
    or when im using clones ,the skill get reuse at the second and i can use once again.
    please if someone knows, from what depends that skill mastery to share info ;p

    for skill mastery, actually i have the 2 class dagger mastery ( not learn the awakened dagger mastery ) and i have too much skill mastery/refresh

    its based on str and the passif adding 1000% chance to trigger it
