Problem with quest - Bloody Good Time

hi there,

i think there is some problem with one of my quest (bloody good time).
bloody good time:

(done) to vice hierarch casca
(done) to the blood thirst's hideout
(done) defeat blood thirst
(done) to vice hierarch casca
to the saint of light agnes

im in goddard to saint of light agnes and cant continue my quest. the npc tell me: "you are either not on a quest that involves this npc, or you didn't meet this npc's minimum quest requirements". can you help me.
