how big is the file? if the ingame video file is not too large then you can send it that way or by providing a link to an uploaded version of it, in either case it should be sent via a ticket to support

you can download camtasia software and choose the hd preset to decrease the file size. it will come out less than 100mb.

 

camtasia nice one(no offence) but i think sony vegas or adobe premiere would be better.

 

sure thing but for such a purpose i just recommended the quickest and maybe easiest way.
