255 recommendations: useless?

hi,
i've noticed that between 0 recommendations and 255 i have no exp gain,nothing,zero.

while in patchnote all i read is:

so,
is my char bugged?
or is it happening to other players too?
or is it even an other innova invention to lower players exp(like no mentoring system)and buy pa?

reccomends increases exp ? first time hear such thing :d

 

the old recommendation system from which you gained experience was part of the nevits blessing system that was introduced with the freya update, since they removed the nevits blessing system with goddess of destruction we no longer gain the additional experience from it.
