Error

see guys, i have this error!
1- dont see screen of server selection

2- here dont see normal buttons, start, creation, delete......

3- and finally dont see the normal options down to right. ( i try alt-x for inicialize buttons but i cannot do this action >.<) anyone can help me? pls

yes i have this problem since the first time i launch client
i go try update drivers
