I can't log my account anymore

    hello,
    as the title says.. i can't log my account anymore: i did not play for some months and now my psw is uncorrect. i tried to do the "i forgot my psw" procedure but the sms with code is still not arrived... (and i upgraded the security of my account by adding the mobile number too). i can't use the support too... can someone help me pls?
