yes it is, but you need stone of destiny for that - this item can't be acquired in game, although in some time frames sod will be available to buy via premium shop.
still, there's an other way to do this: http://www.terragamers.net/wiki/index.php?title=dual_class you can choose a subclass of your desired future class, then make split destiny quest, so it can be leveled past level 80 - after that you will get for example an elf mage who awakened as feoh wizard on main class and iss enchanter on dual class. but it takes more time, because you will need to level both your main and subclass to level 85.
yeap, it's like having a subclass, but now you can level it up till 99. it's a good alternative if you can't afford buying stone of destiny.
no they won't keep any keep any of their old skills. basically you choose which skills to learn (replacing old ones). see skills replacement here: http://www.l2database.com/lineage-2...on/46-l2-god-awakening-skill-replacement.html . and each class has its own skills, check this: l2gc.com/db/
