Grey Character and unavailable "start" button

good evening,

please be so kind to help me find answer for some issue.
today i had tried log on to the game but i saw my main character got grey color and "start" button has got unavailable status.
i wonder what's happened?
yesterday at night i have got exp party and after then i logged off without any problems.

i was created new character who is able to log in and my clan members told me i got ban.
i'm shocked, really!
why? i did not do anything wrong...

i have not received any e-mail with explanation from innova team. checked carefully, spam, etc...

any sugestion will be welcome
