changes to the field raid system for levels 1 through 84:

the respawn time for field raid bosses has decreased by half, from an average of 36 hours (24 hours at random) to an average of 18 hours (12 hours at random).
the stats for the field raid bosses have been altered so that they can be defeated by one party of a matching level.
after slaying a raid boss, you now receive a buff that increases xp and sp gain by 10% for 1 hour.
when hunting a raid boss, you can still gain high xp and sp if you participate with high contribution as an individual or as a party member, even if you're not in the main party.
xp and sp rewards and buffs are received if you are within a 5-level range of the boss' level.

new quests:

5 new daily quests encouraging raids will be added for grades d, c, b, a, and s, starting at level 20. find these quests by speaking to the adventure guildsman npc.

olympiad reward changes:

level 95 weapons and armor, and r-grade enchant scrolls have been added to the list of purchasable items.
the amount of adena, tokens, and reputation points needed for purchase has been decreased.

various bug fixes and other changes:

a possible fix to the energy seed collection issue has been implemented.
fixed the issue in which you would receive different rewards in the winds of change quest depending on whether you selected dr. helvetica or adenia.
fixed the issue in which you could use the chain galaxy skill to summon the defensive npc onto the rooftop to go through fortress sieges easily.
due to the issue in which npcs disappear from view, we changed the locations for researcher lorain, ivory tower wizard janssen, and rombel in the cruma tower region.
fixed the issue in which you could use the improve condition skill on the earth wyrm to increase max hp to move onto the next stage.
fixed the issue in which korean letters would display in the dialogue of executed maiden’s vengeful spirit in guillotine fortress in the seven flowers quest.
fixed the issue in which a subordinate npc would attack and kill octavis if octavis used the hero’s influence skill after all players have died in the 3rd stage of the octavis raid.

i don't get it why we have such delay with updates disregarding wynn changes we should get exact same files like ncwest and all other servers or is it really ncwest became ncsoft test servers ? :d

propably there are some bugs on it ...
it will be patched next week or max 2 weeks from now...

ok this isnt a discussion thread nor is it somewhere to make half cocked comments about patches etc. when we are given the patch it will be installed there is no eta so be patient like we have to be.
